Los Angeles Rams Depth Chart 2022: Current Roster, Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams Posted on August 9, 2022 by Jack Marks As they move through OTAs, a required minicamp, and finally training camp, teams are permitted to carry 90 men on their offseason roster. Every club will have to reduce its roster to 53 players by the end of August, with earlier reductions to 85 and 80 players also occurring, although, for the time being, they are permitted to have up to 90 players in practice. The Los Angeles Rams are the defending champions, and it will be difficult to find a club that has greater star power than them in the next season. The superstar talent of quarterback Matthew Stafford and cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who are returning as the emotional leaders on offense and defense, is easy to overlook among all these names. Los Angeles is also in a position to have some emerging talent in spots like the defensive secondary that lacked depth last season thanks to an underappreciated draught haul.
