- BALKenyan Drake Inactive Against Cincinnati
Baltimore Ravens running back Kenyan Drake is inactive ahead of Sunday's wild-card showdown against the Bengals. J.K. Dobbins didn't suit up in Week 18 for the first of consecutive meetings with Cincinnati, allowing Drake to finish with 60 yards and a touchdown off 16 carries. However, with Dobbins, Gus Edwards, and Justice Hill good to go, Drake will be held out, although this isn't surprising to fantasy managers.

The Panthers have received permission to interview former Saints head coach Sean Payton. The list continues to grow, with Denver, Houston, and Arizona already inquiring about Payton's services. Of course, New Orleans will look for compensation from any club that eventually lands the Super Bowl-winning coach, with the price tag rumored to be at least a first-round pick. However, as the number of interested clubs continues to rise, that could increase. The Panthers began the 2022-23 campaign with Matt Rhule patrolling the sidelines. But after Carolina got off to a 1-4 start, he was fired, opening the door for Steve Wilks to take over with an interim label. Nevertheless, the Carolina vacancy may not appeal to Payton, who may prefer to lead a team with an established quarterback.

Los Angeles Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald has reportedly considered retiring from the National Football League this offseason. While there hasn't been an official update on Donald's plans, many began to speculate after the veteran changed his Twitter bio to "former NFL D Linemen for the Rams #99." However, he has since removed the update from his Twitter profile. The 31-year-old contemplated calling it quits after the Rams took down the Bengals in Super Bowl LVI. But his contract was reworked, making him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history, so he returned for another season. Donald finished the 2022-23 campaign by amassing 49 total tackles and a career-low five sacks. Yet, he appeared in only 11 games, with his year getting cut short due to an ankle injury. Nevertheless, the All-Pro likely has plenty of gas left in the tank, so dynasty managers should keep him on the roster, at least for now. Considering head coach Sean McVay and quarterback Matthew Stafford are returning could be enough to bring Donald back for at least one more season. There's also rumblings he may out of Los Angeles after spending his entire nine-year career with the organization.

Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Terron Armstead (hip, knee, pectoral, toe) is officially active for the wild-card game against the division-rival Buffalo Bills on Sunday after coming into the game with a questionable tag. The 31-year-old only put in one limited practice on Friday, but he'll be on the field for the third meeting against Buffalo this year. Armstead didn't play in the Week 18 regular season finale and was uncertain if he'd be able to play in the postseason, but his return will be huge for Miami's offensive line against a tough Bills pass rush. Armstead is expected to return to left tackle to help protect rookie quarterback Skylar Thompson's blind side. The Dolphins will be missing offensive linemen Brandon Shell (knee), Kendall Lamm (ankle) and Liam Eichenberg (hand).

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) is expected to be the team's starting quarterback next season, according to league sources. And if the Dolphins pull off a huge upset and beat the division-rival Buffalo Bills in the wild-card round on Sunday, there's a chance that Tagovailoa could be cleared from the concussion protocol to play in the Divisional Round. But regardless of what happens against the Bills, the Dolphins have been pleased with Tagovailoa's development under first-year head coach Mike McDaniel, according to sources. Medical professionals are also confident that he should be able to resume his NFL career next year after he suffered two concussions. The 24-year-old has been in the concussion protocol since the day after Christmas, but his long-term prognosis looks promising.
