Kyren Williams To Make His Return Sunday
Los Angeles Rams rookie running back Kyren Williams (ankle) is set to return in Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals after suffering a high-ankle sprain in Week 1. Williams is a rookie fifth-round pick out of Notre Dame and could see a role immediately. The Rams offense has been one of the worst units in the league, and with Cam Akers and Darrell Henderson continuing to struggle, Williams has a chance to find opportunities for head coach Sean McVay. Williams caught 78 passes over his last two seasons in college, so there's a chance he'll have PPR value down the stretch.

It remains to be seen what the Rams will do with Cam Akers, who returned to practice this week and wasn't listed on the final injury report. Rivers out-carried Darrell Henderson Jr. in last week's loss to the San Francisco 49ers, and he could have another decent-sized role if Akers is a healthy scratch or has a small role in his return to this confused backfield. Williams' eventual return, possibly in Week 10, will make this backfield even more perplexing. Fantasy managers are best advised to avoid any Rams RBs in Week 9 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers until the picture becomes more clear.

However, given Henderson's injury history, Williams could have more value than just a handcuff/third-down running back.
