- PHIInjured Georges Niang Available On Saturday
Philadelphia 76ers forward Georges Niang (illness) is available for Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz. The 29-year-old has been cleared to play after missing morning shootaround due to a non-COVID related illness. Normally, Niang isn't worth looking at as a streaming option. However, Tobias Harris (knee) is sidelined on Saturday, so Niang is likely to have a bigger role in the rotation. D'Anthony Melton will make the start and is a much better streaming option than Niang. Possibly, Niang could have deep league streaming appeal, but don't get too excited.

Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris (knee) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Utah Jazz. The 30-year-old will sit out this game due to left knee soreness. In his absence, De'Anthony Melton will move into the starting five. He played well earlier in the season when Tyrese Maxey was sidelined. That being said, Melton appears to be a decent streaming option for Saturday's slate. Matisse Thybulle could have an expanded role as well, but doesn't offer much upside on the offensive side.

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) will play and start against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday. Embiid was questionable to play with foot soreness but will play through the discomfort, ending a three-game absence. If Embiid is limited in any way, Montrezl Harrell and P.J. Tucker would likely pick up the slack.

Philadelphia 76ers forward P.J. Tucker (illness) has officially been listed as probable to play against the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday night. He was forced to miss the team's last contest due to a non-COVID illness, but it looks like that eased up enough for him to take the court a couple of days later. The 37-year-old shouldn't be on any fantasy radars unless desperately needed or in a very deep league. Paul Reed and Georges Niang will likely see fewer minutes with Tucker playing.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 10, 2023, 10:00:43 PM - PHIInjured Joel Embiid Listed As Questionable For Tuesday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) is considered questionable for Tuesday's game against the Detroit Pistons. The big man has missed each of the last three games due to left foot soreness. In his absence, Montrezl Harrell and Paul Reed have picked up additional playing time. Both players have been doing well, but Harrell is the more consistent option between the two of them. He'll be a fine streaming option while Embiid is sidelined. Fantasy managers will have to check back on Tuesday for another update on Embiid.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 9, 2023, 11:41:01 PM - PHIInjured P.J. Tucker Won't Play On Sunday
Philadelphia 76ers forward P.J. Tucker (illness) won't play on Sunday against Detroit. The veteran is under the weather, so he'll join Joel Embiid (foot) on the sidelines for this contest. Georges Niang, who scored 11 points in 25 minutes versus the Clippers, may see an uptick in production from off the bench, giving him streaming potential for managers in deep fantasy formats.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 7, 2023, 10:51:31 PM - PHIInjured Joel Embiid Won't play On Sunday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) won't play on Sunday against Detroit, marking his third consecutive absence. The big man is battling foot soreness, although it doesn't seem to be anything serious, so hopefully, he'll be back for Tuesday's rematch in Philly. In the meantime, Montrezl Harrell or Paul Reed may enter the starting lineup. However, Tobias Harris, De'Anthony Melton, and James Harden should pick up most of the slack on the offensive end.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 7, 2023, 10:45:41 PM - PHIInjured Joel Embiid To Remain Sidelined On Friday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Chicago Bulls. The superstar big man missed Wednesday's game as well due to right foot soreness. The expectation is that Tyrese Maxey will remain in the starting five for Friday. Although, it's worth noting that Montrezl Harrell recorded 19 points with four blocks in 28 minutes of action on Wednesday. He is a risky fantasy play, but should have increased value while Embiid is off the court. The Sixers don't have many options, so Harrell is likely to play close to 30 minutes.

Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey (foot) will move back into the starting five for Wednesday's game against the Indiana Pacers. Maxey will make his first start since returning from his injured foot. He's likely starting because center Joel Embiid (foot) is out, so the Sixers want to get a boost on offense. It's unknown if Maxey will move back to the bench after this game. Regardless, he should continue to carry reliable fantasy value whether it's in the starting five or off the bench.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 5, 2023, 12:03:39 AM - PHIInjured Joel Embiid Will Miss Wednesday’s Game
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (foot) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest vs. Indiana due to a sore left foot. The absence marks the first for Embiid since Nov. 27, paving the way for Paul Reed, Georges Niang and Montrezl Harrell to play elevated roles in the frontcourt. Without Embiid and his 33.5 PPG in the mix, James Harden, Tobias Harris and De'Anthony Melton all have elevated scoring upsides in their own right against a Pacers unit that is in the bottom third of the league in defensive efficiency. Embiid was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Month in December, with his next chance to suit up coming Friday against the Bulls.
