The superstar forward may not have the season he's used to, but he's still been near the top of the MVP race and is an elite fantasy asset. Bobby Portis will likely shift back to the bench when he returns to the court and Antetokounmpo will soak up most of those power forward minutes.

The 31-year-old has played only seven games this season because of various ailments, so his absence isn't a surprise by any means. Without a timetable for Middleton's return from knee soreness, Pat Connaughton, who's averaged 8.8 points and 4.9 assists in 10 starts this season, should remain in the starting lineup. However, he's not a viable option for fantasy managers, and his 30.9% shooting from deep won't do any favors for category participants.

The Bucks will have both Portis and MarJon Beauchamp start during this game. This roster is shorthanded with Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee), Joe Ingles (knee) and Grayson Allen (ankle) all out. That being said, Portis is expected to play a significant role in this game. He appears to be an excellent DFS option, while Beauchamp has some deep league appeal.

Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) will sit out Thursday's contest against Miami. The former MVP is getting the night off with a sore left knee following a 35-minute appearance against Atlanta on Wednesday. Giannis had only seven points against the Hawks and the performance came just one outing after he managed a measly nine points versus Charlotte, so the Greek Freak has clearly been off his game lately. With Khris Middleton (knee) remaining out, Jrue Holiday looks set for a huge night, while Bobby Portis should massively benefit as well. He is looking at his 10th start of the campaign, and Portis has averaged 16.8 points, 11.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists as a starter this season.

Injured Jrue Holiday Listed As Probable On Friday Versus CharlotteMilwaukee Bucks guard Jrue Holiday (illness) missed the team's last game on Wednesday with a non-COVID illness but should be returning on Friday. The one-game absence will be welcomed by the Bucks and fantasy managers alike as both need him to produce. He was only able to play around 19 minutes in the team's last outing and could only muster six points, one rebound, and three turnovers. He'll look to bounce back against a weaker Charlotte Hornets team.
