- PHIInjured Lane Johnson Back At Practice
Philadelphia Eagles Pro Bowl right tackle Lane Johnson (abdomen) was spotted at the team's practice on Friday. He hasn't played since Week 16 when tests showed a torn tendon in his abdominal area, but he appears to be on track to return for the Divisional Round of the postseason next weekend. The 32-year-old decided to put off surgery so that he has a chance of returning in the playoffs, but it remains to be seen how effective he'll be. But getting the four-time Pro Bowler back for a potential deep postseason run will be big for Philadelphia's offensive line. Jack Driscoll and Andre Dillard have stepped into bigger roles on the O-line with Johnson sidelined.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) threw in practice on Friday. Hurts returned from a multi-week absence due to a sprained right shoulder in the Week 18 regular season finale and helped the team to a win over the New York Giants to secure the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs and a first-round bye. He went 20-for-35 for 229 yards, no touchdowns and an interception while also carrying the ball nine times for 13 yards. The Eagles didn't ask the 24-year-old to do too much, but hopefully he's closer to 100 percent when the team takes the field again in the Divisional Round next weekend. Hurts was the most valuable fantasy QB when he was healthy during the regular season, but he'll be a bit more risky in playoff leagues while still recovering from his shoulder injury.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is active for Week 18 against the New York Giants. Hurts missed the last two weeks but returns for a critical contest in which the Eagles need a win to secure the NFC's No. 1 seed. It sounds like the third-year quarterback is near 100 percent this week. As a result, he instantly becomes a high-end QB1 in fantasy football. Fantasy managers should be aware that the Eagles could pull Hurts and other starters if they jump out to a big lead, but even then, Hurts remains a must-start.

Philadelphia Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson (abdomen) and defensive end Robert Quinn (knee) has been officially activated from the injured reserve. Both defenders are expected to suit up for the Week 18 matchup against the New York Giants. This is great news for the Eagles who have been without Gardner-Johnson since early December. Both players should certainly boost this defensive unit heading into the postseason. The Eagles defense is looking like a fantastic play against the Giants who are resting a majority of their starters.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) will suit up for the Week 18 matchup against the New York Giants. He has been limited in practice all week and was listed as questionable coming into this game. Despite that, Hurts will be out there for the first time since suffering a sprained right shoulder in Week 15. The Eagles need to win this game to secure a first-round bye week, so Hurts will need to shake off the rust quickly. The MVP-candidate should be a strong fantasy option against the Giants backups as they plan to rest a majority of their starters.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 7, 2023, 11:32:41 PM - PHIInjured Miles Sanders Good To Go Against Giants
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (knee) was a full participant in Friday's practice and was removed from the final Week 18 injury report. He will suit up in Sunday's regular season finale against the New York Giants. In a game the Eagles need to win in order to secure a first-round bye in the NFC postseason as the top overall seed, Sanders and the rest of the starters will be on display and available to fantasy managers still fighting for a fantasy title this week. The 25-year-old could also be getting starting quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) back from a two-game absence, which would make Philly's offense more explosive. With a lot of players being too risky to rely on in Week 18, Sanders is an exception and should see a reliable amount of touches against New York.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 6, 2023, 10:05:34 PM - PHIInjured Jalen Hurts Officially Questionable For Week 18
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable to play in the Week 18 regular season finale against the New York Giants on Sunday. Hurts was limited in practice this week and appears to be on the right track to playing for the first time since spraining his right shoulder in Week 15. If the 24-year-old doesn't get the green light, backup Gardner Minshew would make his third straight start. However, in a game the Eagles need to win in order to secure the top overall seed in the NFL playoff picture and a first-round bye, we suspect that Hurts will be out there. If he's on the field, the MVP candidate is a must-start in single-season championship matchups, although he could be shaking off some rust and is unlikely to see many designed runs.

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni said quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) is "trending in the right direction" towards starting versus the New York Giants. He was a limited participant in practice this week and is on track to start Sunday's game against the Giants. The 24-year-old has missed the last two games due to a right shoulder sprain. He has been terrific this season, throwing for 3,472 yards, 22 touchdowns, and five interceptions while rushing for 747 yards and 13 scores over 14 games in 2022. Hurts remains an elite option for the regular season finale against a Giants team that will most likely rest some of their key defensive starters.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 6, 2023, 3:41:49 PM - PHIInjured Miles Sanders Limited On Thursday
Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (knee) was a limited participant during Thursday's practice. He played through a knee issue last week and finished with 61 yards on 12 rushing attempts. Sanders has been limited in practice the last two days, but should be fine for the Week 18 matchup against the New York Giants. Fantasy managers should check back on Friday for another update on his status. Sanders should be considered a high-end RB2 against a Giants team that is likely to rest many of their starters.

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (shoulder) was limited in practice for the second day in a row. Despite Hurts being limited, it sounds like he'll likely be on the field for the Week 18 matchup against the New York Giants. He is taking first-time reps and is trending towards suiting up for this game. Although, fantasy managers should check back on Friday for another update on his status. The 24-year-old could be a bit rusty after not playing for a few weeks. Despite that, Hurts will remain a strong fantasy option against a Giants team that will likely be resting most of their key starters.
