- GSInjured Stephen Curry To Play On Tuesday
Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (shoulder) will make his return to the court against the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday. The 34-year-old was sidelined multiple weeks due to a left shoulder injury. He'll be in the starting five on Tuesday, but it's unclear if he'll have a minutes limit during this game. Curry hasn't played since December 14th, so it wouldn't be shocking to see the Warriors ease him back into action. Regardless, fantasy managers in season long formats can get Curry back in their lineups on Tuesday. His return will hurt the fantasy value of both Jordan Poole and Donte DiVincenzo.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (shoulder) has been upgraded to probable for Tuesday's game against the Phoenix Suns. The 34-year-old appears to be ahead of schedule from his left shoulder injury. It's unclear whether or not Curry is going to be limited during his first few games back in the rotation. Regardless, fantasy managers in season-long formats can get him back in their lineups, assuming he's cleared on Tuesday. Donte DiVincenzo will head to the bench and probably lose most of his streaming appeal with Curry returning. Fantasy managers should check back on Tuesday to ensure Curry suits up.

Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (groin) will make his return to the court during Saturday's game against the Orlando Magic. This is great news as Wiggins will play for the first time since December 3rd. The 27-year-old has missed 15 straight games due to a groin issue and illness. It's unclear how much he's going to play during his first game back. That being said, Wiggins is a somewhat risky DFS option for Saturday's slate. His return should move Donte DiVincenzo to the bench. Fantasy managers should still hold onto DiVincenzo until Stephen Curry returns to the court.

Golden State Warriors small forward Andre Iguodala (hip) has been given the green light to make his first appearance of the 2022-23 season after missing the team's first 39 games due to a hip injury. The 38-year-old will be embarking on his final NBA year, but isn't likely to play a fantasy relevant role on a Warriors squad that could also get Andrew Wiggins (groin, illness) back on the wing Saturday as well. It's unclear where minutes might get slashed in favor of Iguodala, but Anthony Lamb and Jonathan Kuminga (foot) are candidates to see a decreased role moving forward.

Golden State Warriors small forward Andrew Wiggins (groin, illness) was able to notch a full practice session Friday, paving the way for a potential return to action Saturday against Orlando. Wiggins has been sidelined since Dec. 3 due to a tight right adductor, having dropped a season-high 36 points in his most recent outing before injury. Without Stephen Curry (shoulder) in the mix, Wiggins figures to see his short-term value increase, although he's expected to face a minutes restriction upon his return. With Wiggins on the wing, look for Donte DiVincenzo and Anthony Lamb to see a slight reduction in role and usage moving forward.

Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins (groin, illness) has been cleared to resume practice on Friday, according to head coach Steve Kerr. This is great news after Wiggins has missed the last 15 games. It sounds like Wiggins could suit up on Saturday, assuming everything goes well during Friday's practice. The expectation is that he'd be limited during his first game back. Although, he'll have plenty of value once he's back up to full speed. The Warriors are still without Stephen Curry (shoulder), so they need Wiggins right now.

Golden State Warriors forward JaMychal Green (leg) has missed the last seven games due to multiple issues. At first, Green was sidelined due to the league's health and safety protocols. Now, Green is dealing with a leg infection that could cause him to miss more time. The organization announced that they plan to re-evaluate Green in one week. Normally, his absence wouldn't make a huge impact on the rotation. Although, the Warriors are shorthanded with Jonathan Kuminga and James Wiseman also sidelined. That being said, Anthony Lamb could have some deep league streaming appeal while the Warriors are banged up.

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry (shoulder) has been progressing well from his injury. Head coach Steve Kerr mentioned on Wednesday that January 13th is a realistic date for Curry to get back on the court. The superstar guard is set to be re-evaluated on January 7th. After that, the organization should give a better timetable on Curry's return. However, it does sound like the 34-year-old is getting closer to playing basketball again. In the meantime, Jordan Poole and Donte DiVincenzo will gain the most fantasy value with Curry off the court.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 5, 2023, 1:26:34 AM - GSInjured Jonathan Kuminga Unavailable For Monday
Golden State Warriors forward Jonathan Kuminga (foot) is listed as out for Monday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. The Warriors are going to be shorthanded with JaMychal Green (leg) and James Wiseman (ankle) also sidelined. That means, Draymond Green and Kevon Looney will likely be asked to play significant minutes during this contest. Possibly, Anthony Lamb and Patrick Baldwin have expanded roles off the bench. Green is probably the best fantasy option out of the bunch, but Looney should have some low-end streaming appeal as well.

Golden State Warriors center James Wiseman (ankle) hasn't been able to shake off a questionable tag and will miss Friday's meeting with Portland. The talented big man is nursing a left ankle sprain. Wiseman had a big 30-point outing against Brooklyn last week, but it's not been a fun campaign overall for him, and being sidelined by injury will likely frustrate him even more. This could've been a great matchup for him, as Portland has struggled to contain opposing centers all year. Kevon Looney will now get to thoroughly enjoy the game with Draymond Green, while there should be a few more minutes available for Jonathan Kuminga as well.
