- WASInjured Bradley Beal Questionable To Return On Monday
Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal (hamstring) has been out for the team's last four games and is uncertain to return to the floor on Monday against the Golden State Warriors. The 29-year-old has been dealing with a left hamstring strain that was expected to keep him out for at least a week and now could keep him out a bit longer. Jordan Goodwin and Corey Kispert could be decent streaming options, but present a good amount of risk.

Washington Wizards center Daniel Gafford (ankle) will play on Friday night against the Knicks. The 24-year-old didn't suit up on Wednesday versus the Chicago Bulls, opening the door for Taj Gibson to get the start and finish just shy of a low-end double-double. Gafford has averaged only 7.7 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks this season, so he hasn't been the most reliable fantasy option. However, he's been known to get hot, so he could come in handy for those looking to fill a hole in the lineup.

Washington Wizards forward Kristaps Porzingis (ribs) is available on Friday against the Knicks. The veteran only missed one game because of a rib contusion, so he'll be back in the lineup for this one. While Porzingis is always a must-start fantasy option, he could be even more motivated to produce versus his former team.

Washington Wizards big men Kristaps Porzingis (ribs) and Daniel Gafford (ankle) both missed the team's last game on Wednesday night and now they're in danger of missing another. On Wednesday against the Chicago Bulls, Taj Gibson received the starting nod while Rui Hachimura and Anthony Gill saw some extra playing time off of the bench. The team made Vernon Carey Jr. available as well in case they needed more front-court help. If fantasy managers are looking for streaming help, Gibson and Hachimura would be the best bets.

Washington Wizards guard Corey Kispert (back) is available and starting against the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday. Kispert was questionable with lower back soreness, but will play through it and should be in line for a higher usage rate. The Wizards are very shorthanded with Bradley Beal (hamstring), Kristaps Porzingis (ribs) and Daniel Gafford (ankle) all out.

The Washington Wizards will be very thin in the frontcourt on Wednesday with Daniel Gafford (ankle) and Kristaps Porzingis (ribs) both ruled out. Gafford and Porzingis were both questionable with their respective ailments but neither could play through the injuries. Deni Avdija will get the spot start and would be a great streaming option. On the other side of the court, Chicago Bulls center Nikola Vucevic should be in for a huge day with the Wizards shorthanded.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 11, 2023, 11:46:02 PM - WASInjured Corey Kispert In Danger Of Missing Wednesday's Contest
Washington Wizards guard/forward Corey Kispert (back) is regarded as questionable for Wednesday's meeting with Chicago. He is dealing with lower back soreness and might have to step aside for a bit despite enjoying his best spell of the season. Kispert has started five of the past six games, and he's been a solid source for points and rebounds during the stretch. In 21 starts in total this season, the 23-year-old has contributed 10.0 points per game with 3.2 rebounds and 1.5 assists. Kispert's absence would result in Deni Avdija and Will Barton getting extended minutes, with the former definitely the more attractive fantasy option.

Washington Wizards center Daniel Gafford (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Bulls. He sprained his right ankle against New Orleans on Monday and could now be unavailable for the first time this term. Gafford is a recent addition to the starting lineup and has averaged 12.0 points with 6.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks in the new role. He could have a massive part to play in Wednesday's game if Kristaps Porzingis (ribs) isn't able to make it on the court. If Gafford himself is unavailable, Rui Hachimura should get a lot of extra minutes, while other bench pieces like Deni Avdija and Will Barton could benefit as well.

Washington Wizards forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (ribs) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's clash with Chicago. He has a right rib contusion and could be forced to sit for the fifth time this season. Porzingis has stayed relatively healthy throughout the campaign and it's helped him to have a nice season with averages of 22.0 points and 9.0 rebounds. Rui Hachimura and Daniel Gafford (ankle) are in line for bigger roles if Porzingis isn't able to play, although the latter is also questionable for the game. With Bradley Beal (hamstring) still on the shelf, all the offense is set to run through Kyle Kuzma.

Washington Wizards center Daniel Gafford sprained his right ankle against New Orleans on Monday and couldn't complete the contest. It was a very unfortunate injury, as Gafford tweaked his ankle after finishing off a dunk in the fourth quarter. He played for 23 minutes and exited with 13 points, four rebounds and two assists. The 24-year-old has played some great stuff since earning a promotion to the starting unit on Dec. 20, averaging 12.0 points with 6.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks. Deni Avdija and Rui Hachimura are in line to pick up most of Gafford's minutes if he is forced to spend some time on the shelf.
