- NEBill Belichick To Return Next Season
New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick will be back with the organization next season. The 71-year-old will return for his 24th season as the Patriots head coach. Since being hired, Belichick has won 17 AFC East division titles, made 13 appearances in the AFC Championship Game, and nine Super Bowl appearances. He has won six Super Bowl titles and is one of the best coaches ever. The Patriots didn't make the postseason this year, but Belichick isn't the type of person that settles for being mediocre. Expect them to be some changes in New England this offseason.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 9, 2023, 2:57:12 PM - NEInjured Jakobi Meyers Active On Sunday
New England Patriots wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) is officially active on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills in the Week 18 regular season finale. Meyers entered the game with a questionable tag after he was limited in practice all week, but he'll be available and should be quarterback Mac Jones' top target in this must-win game for New England. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that DeVante Parker is returning from a concussion and could take valuable targets away in the passing game. Meyers leads the team with 64 receptions, 772 yards and five touchdowns on 89 targets over 13 games played this year. Fantasy managers should treat him as a WR3/flex if you're still playing for a fantasy title this weekend. In the first meeting against Buffalo in Week 13, Meyers had just three catches for 22 yards on five targets.

New England Patriots tight end Jonnu Smith (concussion) has been ruled out for the team's Week 18 matchup with the Buffalo Bills. Smith was a limited participant in practice on both Thursday and Friday but has not progressed enough to return to game action following a concussion he suffered in Week 16. Hunter Henry will continue to dominate New England's tight end snaps and target share but should be viewed as just a desperation streaming option this week as the Bills have surrendered the second-fewest PPR fantasy points to the position this season.

New England Patriots wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) is officially questionable for the Week 18 meeting with Buffalo. The 26-year-old has had intermittent stints on the injury report for the same ailment throughout the season. However, he's played through it, so he'll likely be available for the pivotal must-win matchup versus the Bills. Meyers has been on a roll, catching a touchdown in each of his last two appearances. He's the team's top wideout, giving him a good chance to produce for fantasy managers, even with a challenging game on tap.

New England Patriots tight end Jonnu Smith (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's critical AFC East matchup against Buffalo. The veteran missed the Pats' previous meeting with the Miami Dolphins. Fortunately, he practiced in a limited capacity on Thursday and Friday, so it appears he's trending in a favorable direction. Smith has had an uneventful year, accumulating 27 catches for 245 yards while also being held out of the end zone. Considering Hunter Henry is available in Week 18, Smith probably won't offer much on the fantasy end, even if he plays.

New England Patriots wide receiver DeVante Parker (concussion) is off the injury report and will play against the Bills on Sunday. The wideout has amassed 460 yards and one touchdown off 25 catches this season (12 games). However, he hasn't been available since Week 14 because of a concussion. With Jonnu Smith (concussion) and Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) questionable for the pivotal AFC East meeting, Parker could see an increase in looks from Mac Jones, making him a potential value option with upside for DFS managers.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 7, 2023, 2:25:06 AM - NEInjured Jonnu Smith Back At Practice
New England Patriots tight end Jonnu Smith (concussion) returned to practice on Thursday after picking up a DNP on Wednesday. Smith is progressing through the league's concussion protocol, but there's still no guarantee he will be out there in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Buffalo Bills in a must-win game. However, the 27-year-old's return to practice promising for his chances to play this weekend. Smith has once again taken a back seat to Hunter Henry at the tight end position in New England, and he shouldn't be in starting fantasy lineups in DFS or season-long leagues if he's active against Buffalo. He has yet to score this year and has only 27 receptions for 245 yards on 38 targets in his 14 games played.

New England Patriots tight end Jonnu Smith (concussion) didn't participate in Wednesday's practice. The 27-year-old missed last Sunday's game against the Dolphins and hasn't practiced since sustaining a concussion in Week 16. He will need to clear NFL protocols and has two more chances to practice ahead of Sunday's contest versus the Bills. Smith has caught 27 passes for 245 yards over 14 games in 2022. Hunter Henry would see an uptick in targets if Smith is ruled out but is mainly an option in deep-league formats against Buffalo, who have allowed the third least fantasy points to the position this season.
Source : RotoBallerUpdated : Jan 5, 2023, 3:19:25 AM - NEInjured Jakobi Meyers, DeVante Parker Limited Wednesday
New England Patriots wide receivers Jakobi Meyers (shoulder) and DeVante Parker (concussion) were both limited in Wednesday's practice session. Meyers aggravated his shoulder injury in the Week 17 win over the Miami Dolphins, but he should be able to play this Sunday against the Buffalo Bills in a must-win game. New England's passing attack has been hard to trust in fantasy this year, but Meyers has been quarterback Mac Jones' clear top target and leads the team with 64 receptions (89 targets) for 771 yards and a career-high five touchdowns in 13 games played. He's been a shaky WR3/flex option, and he could lose targets if Parker returns to the fold for the first time since suffering a concussion in Week 14. Rookie Tyquan Thornton has taken on a bigger role in recent weeks, but it's anyone's guess as to who will be the No. 2 behind Meyers if Parker returns this weekend.

New England Patriots running back Damien Harris (thigh) rushed nine times for 32 yards and caught all three targets for 18 yards in Sunday's 23-21 win over the Miami Dolphins. Harris returned to action on Sunday after missing the last five games due to a thigh injury. The 25-year-old outpaced backfield teammate Rhamondre Stevenson by one carry, but Stevenson led the team with 42 rushing yards in Sunday's victory. The former third-round pick logged a season-high three catches and will continue to split touches with Stevenson. Harris is on the flex radar in a critical divisional matchup against the Buffalo Bills in the regular season finale next Sunday.
