Philadelphia Eagles Depth Chart 2022: Current Roster, Offensive, Defensive, and Special Teams Posted on August 8, 2022 by Jack Marks The Philadelphia Eagles have completed the first two sessions of training camp workouts. So let’s make another forecast for the 53-man roster. And since the pre-camp version, a couple of things have changed. NFL clubs must trim their rosters to 85 players by August 16, 80 players by August 23, and 53 players by August 30 this year. The Eagles have a chance to make a big statement in the NFC East in 2022 after coach Nick Sirianni guided the team to an unexpected playoff spot last year. Upgrades were made to the roster, particularly at positions of importance, which could benefit quarterback Jalen Hurts in his second full season as the starter.
