Zach Wilson Showed Love To Her Girlfriend Nicolette Dellanno Amid His Uncertain Career

Zach Wilson, the quarterback for the Jets, is spending time with his girlfriend during the offseason as concerns about his future with the team mount.

Model and influencer Nicolette Dellanno posted pictures on Instagram this week showing how she and Wilson stayed warm in cold Utah.

“Took a trip to the snow!” Native of New Jersey, Dellanno said in her caption.

The pair, who had just returned from a tropical trip in Bora Bora, chose to spend their time in Utah, Wilson’s home state, where it is often colder.

Though they keep their romance quiet, Wilson and Dellanno were initially connected in June 2022 after being spotted together at a Yankees game.

After another inconsistent season for the former No. 2 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the couple moved from jet skiing in Bora Bora to snowmobiling in Park City.

With a 7-10 record, the Jets were just one game above the 4-13 Patriots to finish last in the AFC East.

The original idea for Wilson was for him to learn from and develop alongside Aaron Rodgers, but when the four-time league MVP sustained a season-ending Achilles injury in the team’s opening game on September 11 against the Bills, things went awry.

Upon being forced back as the starting quarterback in his third season, the quarterback showed hesitation on the field and had difficulty managing the offense.

Wilson had a head injury in Week 15 against the Dolphins, which resulted in his being benched for the majority of the season. He also missed the championship game and two more games.

With the Jets, it seems as though the 24-year-old’s time is running out because he hasn’t lived up to expectations in New York.

As he berated his team on Thursday before the NFL Honors in Las Vegas, Jets owner Woody Johnson made no secret of his anger for Wilson.

As Johnson put it, “We need a backup quarterback.” “We didn’t have one last year.”

Wilson and the Jets still have a contract, but the team is attempting to trade Wilson.

Johnson made it plain that they need to turn things around and win next season even though general manager Joe Douglas and head coach Robert Saleh will be back in 2024.

“The discussions I’ve had in the last couple of months, they’ve seen me about as mad as I can be, with what was going on with the offense particularly,” Johnson said. “We’ve got all this talent and we’ve got to deploy talent properly. I think they all got the message.

“This is it. This is the time to go. We’ve got to produce this year. We have to produce this year.”
