Dwight Howard on course to join WWE after drawing curtains on NBA career?

Regarding Dwight Howard’s desire to work with WWE, wrestling legend Triple H stated that he is open to the idea but that Howard has to take some action first. NBA player Dwight Howard, who last played for the Lakers is frequently spotted in the vicinity of WWE and its training facility. 

Video recordings of the eight-time all-star studying and attempting to absorb as much as he could were circulated on social media just before SummerSlam when he appeared at a WWE Tryout in Nashville. That his appearance at WWE wasn’t a marketing stunt became apparent right away. 

He was seriously considering the possibility of a career as a WWE Superstar. Many individuals, including Triple H, the executive vice president of talent relations and head of creative for WWE, were intrigued by this. 

The answer from Hunter was, “the ball is in his court,” in response to a question concerning Howard’s apparent interest in working out with WWE and eventually signing on as an in-ring star. Triple H was effectively telling Howard to show just how much he wanted this by using a basketball-related expression.

The basketball was great, he said and told him that this was about accomplishing what most people don’t—seeing it through. He then mentioned that he had spoken with the larger-than-life figure. 

Dwight frequently said, “You know, I really want to do this; I’m serious; I truly want to do this.” However, we often hear that  There is a distinction between declaring an intention to do something and actually working hard to achieve it. 

According to what it sounded like, WWE would only take this seriously as a possibility if Howard put in the effort and demonstrated that he was committed to seeing this through, particularly when things became challenging.

He also said that the two had given each other their phone numbers and knew how to get in touch. He added, “Let’s go if he’s prepared to put in the effort and dedication that men like Tyson Fury, Logan Paul, and Bad Bunny are prepared to put in.”
