The rapper of “White Iverson” also paid homage to a local favorite, Darius Garland, when he performed at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Malone had a bad fall midway through his act on September 17 while performing at St. Louis’ Enterprise Center. The singer/rapper, 27, managed to complete the performance. Credits: Deadline Malone, though, was forced to postpone a show in Boston a week later after being sent to the hospital with respiratory issues and stabbing pains. Malone, whose actual name is Austin Post, wore a jersey from one of the city’s teams, as he has done for the entirety of his Twelve Carat Tour. Although the cancellation cast doubt on the performance scheduled for Tuesday in Cleveland, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse representatives told 3News that the event will go as scheduled. Post Malone not only recovered well, but he also honored NBA great Darius Garland by donning a Cleveland Cavaliers replica jersey.
