Donald Parham Jr. Placed On Injured Reserve
The Los Angeles Chargers placed tight end Donald Parham Jr. (hamstring) on Injured Reserve on Saturday and promoted wide receiver Keelan Doss from the practice squad to the active roster in a corresponding move. Parham missed the team's Week 7 game due to a concussion and has played in just two games in 2022 due to injuries, catching three of four targets for 53 yards. He was cleared from the concussion protocol early this week, but he suffered a hamstring injury in practice that will keep him out for at least the next four games. Tre' McKitty and Richard Rodgers will battle for backup work behind starter Gerald Everett moving forward. Mike Williams (ankle) remains on Injured Reserve and Keenan Allen (hamstring) is still being bothered by his hamstring injury, so Palmer could very well operate as the Bolts' top receiving on the road against Atlanta on Sunday morning. Getting Parham back this weekend will be big for LA as well, but he's not a realistic starting fantasy option with Gerald Everett as the No. 1 tight end.
