DeAndre Carter Questionable To Return Saturday

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver DeAndre Carter (ankle) is questionable to return against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He injured himself in the second quarter of Saturday's Wild Card game after racking up two catches for 17 yards. With Carter sidelined and Mike Williams (back) ruled out, Los Angeles will move forward with Keenan Allen, Joshua Palmer, and Michael Bandy leading its wide receiver position.

DeAndre Carter Will Suit Up Against Kansas City

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver DeAndre Carter (ribs) will play on Sunday night versus the Chiefs. The 29-year-old was limited during practice for a few days throughout the week before logging a full session on Friday. Carter has played well as of late and is coming off a four-catch, one-touchdown performance against the 49ers in Week 10. With that said, Mike Williams (ankle) and Keenan Allen (hamstring) are trending toward playing in Week 11, so there won't be as much room for Carter to be involved.

    DeAndre Carter Remains Limited Thursday

Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver DeAndre Carter (rib) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice. Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (ankle) were also limited Thursday. The 29-year-old could drop to fourth on the WR depth chart if Allen and Williams can return for Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He caught all four of his targets for 64 yards and a touchdown in last Sunday's loss to the 49ers. Carter's role could take a hit and would be worth starting against the Chiefs in deep-league formats if Allen and Williams remain inactive.

Gerald Everett, DeAndre Carter Limited Wednesday

Los Angeles Chargers tight end Gerald Everett (groin) and wide receiver DeAndre Carter (ribs) were both limited at Wednesday's practice. It's a good sign that Everett was able to do something at practice on Wednesday, but he sounds very questionable to play on Sunday night against the Kansas City Chiefs, making him an even more risky TE1/2 for fantasy managers this weekend. If he's limited or out, Tre' McKitty is likely to operate as the Bolts' top pass-catching tight end in what could be a shootout. Carter's injury isn't the only concern for his fantasy managers, as both Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (ankle) could return in Week 11, which would push Carter down the WR pecking order. The 29-year-old is only worth a flex play in fantasy if Allen and Williams continue to sit out.
