He recorded 53 receptions for 802 yards and three touchdowns. He participated in five games as a sophomore in 2020 and had 25 receptions for 388 yards and three touchdowns. In 2021, he made a comeback as a starter. He tied a school record by catching four touchdown passes against Northern Illinois.

Moore announced his intent to enter the 2022 NFL Draft after the season. Moore was chosen by the Kansas City Chiefs in the second round (54th overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft.
