George Hill is an NBA basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks in the United States. He was named Summit League Player of the Year and an honorable mention All-American, his junior season while playing for Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Hill was drafted 26th overall in the 2008 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs, where he spent three seasons before being transferred to the Indiana Pacers in 2011.

In July 2016, he was traded to the Utah Jazz after five seasons in Indiana. Hill signed as a free agent with the Sacramento Kings in July 2017 but was dealt with by the Cleveland Cavaliers the following year. He made his first trip to the NBA Finals with the Cavaliers. Hill was sent to the Milwaukee Bucks in December 2018. He was transferred to the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2020, but the Philadelphia 76ers acquired him in 2021. Hill joined the Bucks as a free agent the same year.
