Born on June 7, 1988, Milan Lucic is a professional ice hockey player from Canada who plays for the Boston Bruins in the National Hockey League (NHL). He spent three seasons playing major junior hockey in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Vancouver Giants, where he won the Memorial Cup and was voted tournament MVP in 2007.
He was chosen 50th overall in the 2006 NHL Entry Draft[1], and in 2007–08, at the age of 19, he joined the Bruins team. He and the Bruins won a Stanley Cup three years later. Before being dealt to the Los Angeles Kings in June 2015, he played eight seasons in the NHL with Boston. Following one season with Los Angeles, Lucic became a free agent with the Edmonton Oilers in July 2016, playing three seasons for the Oilers before being traded to the Calgary Flames in July 2019.

At the age of 27, Dobro, his father, left his home Serbia to work as a longshoreman in Vancouver. When Snezana was barely two years old, her parents relocated from Serbia, and she went to Vancouver.
