Jalen Rose and Molly Qerim Marriage and Divorce

In July 2018, Rose wed Qerim, but the two divorced three years later. The former NBA Most Improved Player winner shared this tale on Instagram in December 2021 that:-

In a GQ interview, Jalen Rose, though, called the accusations “laughable” and rejected them by saying:-

“In my personal relationship, it was laughable to me, to see [Molly Qerim] and I mutually part ways, be in accord about why we’re parting ways, and still see people speculating on why. Not only speculating — in particular saying it was because her and Stephen A. Smith had a relationship,”

The “Fab Five” member did acknowledge that the rumors “bothered” him, especially because the trio of them were coworkers at ESPN:
“But, when it happened, it’s two ways for me to handle it as a professional: I work with him, I got love for him, and that’s my brother. I got love for her, we were friends before we were married, we just didn’t work as a couple.
I just saw her today. We cool! But for me to see the speculation and for people to assume that was why, it bothered me.”

She said in an interview:-

“Describing my symptoms is challenging because I didn’t realize anything was wrong with me. But looking back, I definitely suffered pain, and I would say migraines as well, and a lot of fatigue, chronic fatigue. After a full night’s sleep, I would think, ‘Why don’t I have the energy that I should have?’. At 26, I was diagnosed with Stage IV Endometriosis. The endometrium was all over my organs.”
