The Los Angeles Angels star batter Shohei Ohtani is going to MLB all-star game. We all know what he can do with his bat. He can hit incredible homers and even the New York Yankees accepted that. But can he pitch in the same way? Is his pitching that incredible? Will he get a chance to start in the 2021 MLB all-star game? These are the hottest questions.

 

 

Shohei Ohtani’s incredible plays are already breaking the internet. If he could be sent out to pitch in the all-star game then no one can stop MLB Twitter from creating history. With a 3.69 ERA and a K/9 rate of 12.45, he is an amazing starter pitcher. However, it is difficult to fit in Ohtani as a pitcher in an all-star game. Getting Ohtani to pitch would in all likelihood require a rule change.

 

 

Angels manager wants Shohei Ohtani to hit and pitch in an all-star game.

Shohei Ohtani has created a large fan base for him with his incredible skills. Even the manager Joe Maddon is backing him. It’s only because of the incredible game he is playing. The manager said that if it would have been in his hands then Ohtani would pitch and hit in the all-star game. To do so there must be some changes in DH rules and they are prepared for it.

 

 

I see the two sides to this. Toward one side, the guidelines are the principles. On the other, each baseball fan would appreciate watching Shohei Ohtani go out there and do his thing as a two-way player. I am also waiting for that mesmerizing moment and I hope that this will surely happen. The all-star games are all about revealing the best of bests therefore, they must change some rules for making it an Ohtani show.
