Washington Commanders Schedule 2022: Opponents, Dates, Times, TV Streams, and Final Record Predictions

After competing under the name “Washington Football Team” for the previous two seasons, the 2022 offseason has been a momentous one for Washington Commanders, who introduced a new team monicker. The team’s players and coaching staff hope to alter the team’s recent performance as the organization enters a new era.

Under coach Ron Rivera, the Washington Commanders have won seven games in each of the previous two seasons. This offseason, Carson Wentz was acquired by Washington in a trade, returning the former No. 2 selection to the NFC East. The Commanders, a team that was just outside the playoff picture last year, picked Penn State receiver Jahan Dotson in the 2022 NFL Draft.

The Commanders struggled to break out of their mediocrity in 2021, completing the year with a 7-10 record and a losing record for the fifth straight year. The Commanders will have to play these opponents if they want to advance in 2022 and return to the postseason.

Washington Commanders final record prediction

Eight of Washington’s games are against groups who participated in the postseason the previous year, including division rivals Dallas and Philadelphia. All three teams will be favourites when they travel to Washington since they were a combined 17-8 on the road in the previous season. Dallas, Green Bay, and Tennessee.

However, if the division becomes muddy once again, Washington, which is 3-2 in games with Rivera in prime time, may make it interesting. Wentz is responsible for taking care of the Commanders’ home schedule obligations. We predict the Commanders to finish the season with a 7-10 record.
