Tom Brady ‘hasn’t been sleeping well’, Is the Bucs QB’s divorce affecting his routine?
Tom Brady has had to deal with a tumultuous few months. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has struggled with a divorce from his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and a frustrating campaign with the Bucs as well this season.
The Buccaneers did manage to find some form over the recent weeks which has led them to the summit of the NFC South but they are still having a losing season overall with five wins and six defeats so far in the NFL this season. Nonetheless, Brady has been at the center of it all.
The 45-year-old has been dealing with a lot recently and it seems to be taking a toll on his health and routine. In a press conference, Brady revealed that he hasn’t been able to sleep well these days due to his hectic schedule on and off the field.

However, he insisted that his lack of sleep was due to the Bucs’ poor season so far and keep things professional while speaking to reporters, “I have not slept great as you can only imagine. It is your fault when you lose, and you take it personally when you lose. And you shouldn’t sleep at night when you lose.” Brady said after Tampa Bay’s defeat to the Cleveland Browns last weekend.

He further added, “You should only think about what you need to do to help the team more, and that’s what I lay in bed at night after games thinking about.”
Brady and the Bucs will not have an easy closing period to the season as they will host the New Orleans Saints on Monday Night Football next. The seven-time Super Bowl winner will be hoping to get as much rest as possible before that game.
