Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion, hasn’t had much to cheer about this year, and it seemed the same when he grabbed the ball with 44 seconds left and the Buccaneers losing by four points.

Brady executed a magnificent drive to score the game-winning touchdown pass to Cade Otton with nine seconds left after the Rams had held him in check all night.

In addition to his remarkable passing milestone, Brady also made a record-breaking 55th game-winning drive. Both will be hard to top, considering they occurred in his 374th game and 23rd season, respectively.

Tom Brady stated after snapping a three-game losing slide that was his worst in 20 years, “That was fantastic.”

On reaching 100,116 passing yards, he said: “It’s a credit to all the guys I’ve played with – I didn’t catch one ball. I’ve had a lot of cool things – I set the sack record a couple of weeks ago – so it’s nice to follow it up with a more meaningful one.”

The Buccaneers lead their division despite only being 4-5 as they go to Munich for the first-ever NFL regular-season game in Germany next week, while the Rams are already in serious jeopardy.

Brady will take on a Seattle Seahawks team that has won four straight games and moved to 6-3 with their 31-21 victory against the Arizona Cardinals.
