DeAndre Ayton got a signed jersey of MVP Nikola Jokic.

Well, it looks like today is the NBA jersey day. On one hand, a Phoenix Suns fan got a signed jersey of Devin Booker and on the other, it is DeAndre Ayton who got the privilege of sharing an emotional moment with MVP Nikola Jokic. Ayton earned Denver Nuggets’ centre’s respect for the incredible gameplay in the 2021 NBA postseason.

 

 

I always admire such moments in sports where true sportsmanship works. Even though the two teams are fighting a battle with each other but then too, the players took a step forward to share a good moment. There had always been a connection between MVP Nikola Jokic and Ayton since his rookie year. However, the signed jersey actually added some special touch to it. Not only a sign but also a memorable motivational message was written on the jersey for Ayton.

 

MVP Nikola Jokic averaged 29.8 points in his 10-game postseason run.

We all know that Nikola Jokic played well for his team. Maybe it was his team’s fault or maybe the roster is actually lacking in terms of talents. Whatever is the case their 2021 playoffs run ended and Phoenix Suns will be moving forward towards the title. However, I never thought that the Nuggets will get so far in the playoffs but you know anything can happen in NBA.

 

 

MVP Nikola Jokic publicly praised the third-year pro. DeAndre Ayton is averaging 15.2 points with 72% shooting in this playoff run. The best part here is that even after playing against each other both these men are keeping theirs on the court and off the court relationship separate. On the other hand, Jae Crowder also praised this jersey sharing between Jokic and Ayton by saying that it should mean more than anything.
