Heat Interested In Bringing Back Jae Crowder
The Heat have expressed interest in acquiring Suns forward Jae Crowder, according to Zach Lowe of ESPN. The 32-year-old has suited up for the Suns over the last two seasons. However, after Crowder learned he will likely see a reduced role moving ahead, he requested a trade. The veteran played in Miami briefly during the 2019-20 campaign, averaging 11.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 1.3 steals while shooting 44.5% from deep. If he returns to the Heat, he'll likely take P.J. Tucker's spot at the four. With that said, Miami will have a tough time sorting out the particulars financially, so if a deal is going to happen, it may not be until Dewayne Dedmon, Caleb Martin, and Victor Oladipo are eligible to be traded later in the year.
