Laura Woods updates fans on injury, eagerly anticipating Euro 2024 as TNT Sports presenter

Laura Woods gave a health update about her horrific injury and that she was “looking forward” to presenting ITV’s coverage of Euro 2024.

When the award-winning broadcaster had to cancel her coverage of Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk last week, fans were disappointed.

That was because of an ugly-looking injury she had in a strange event that sent her to the hospital. Becky Ives took her place on TNT Sports.

In an emotional message on Friday, Woods revealed the bad news she received while vacationing with her boyfriend, Adam Collard.

The TNT Sports and ITV personality described how she injured her face and arm when she unintentionally shattered a glass lampshade above her head.

Although she had a big cut on the back of her arm and some nasty injuries around her eye as a result, Woods boldly went out in public once more yesterday.

With her injuries wrapped in bandages, the 36-year-old, who was wearing elegant black clothing and white sneakers, shielded her eyes with a big pair of sunglasses.

Now that the diva has recovered from her injuries, worried fans won’t have to wait long to see her again.

rival television program ITV confirmed Woods will be presenting yesterday, joining the BBC in announcing their lineup for Euro 2024. The BBC had initially released their lineup earlier.

She also assured her anxious fans that she was recovering nicely once more.

“Really good thanks,” Laura Woods answered. “A lot better than I thought it would go, so I’m really happy.”

One further assurance that she would return to our screens was also provided.

One of the other followers said: “Great line up. Don’t come into contact with any glass ! We need you there!”

And that prompted her to respond with the comforting single word, “Promise.”
