The 33-year-old Texan was freed on Monday when his bond was posted, per court documents. The next day, Chyane Westbrook, his spouse, filed for both a divorce from the boxer and a temporary restraining order. The claimed victim of the assault’s identity, nevertheless, remained anonymous.

Even the PBC advertising banner chose to remain silent in the wake of this occurrence. Regarding the current circumstances that the fighter is facing, they had nothing to say.

Furthermore, the PBC is not expected to respond this time around because the boxer currently has no matches booked. After a one-year hiatus, he just engaged in his final bout, which he lost to Canelo Alvarez. Charlo is currently making headlines for all the wrong reasons following the bout.

On Wednesday, a recording of Charlo talking to someone about hitting a lady and breaking her orbital bone came to light.

That being said, Charlo has a history of acting aggressively. He was detained in a domestic abuse case a few years ago, in 2018.
