“Horny”: Doc Rivers Reacts to Pornographic Contents on His Social Media, Fans Wish He Spent More Time on the Team
Coach Doc Rivers of the Philadelphia 76ers has had a heck of a coaching career. His CV lists a title and a career record of 1,043-735, and he was instrumental in the Los Angeles Clippers’ establishment of a winning culture.
Although he hasn’t always been successful in Philadelphia, he has had a lot of success in those two seasons. For the first time in 20 years, he assisted Philadelphia in securing the No. 1 seed in the 2021 playoffs, and he guided them to a 50-win season in 2021–22 despite the severe difficulty.
Rivers, though, has a little more subdued presence on social media. After his Twitter account liked many postings with explicit material on Friday night, he began to trend.

NBA Twitter ripped on the Sixers head coach right afterward, suggesting someone ought to have explained how “likes” function. Fans also anticipated that the Philadelphia team will utilize the tried-and-true justification of a hacked account, which they did.
If you are Doc Rivers, you are embarrassed here, mainly because some folks noticed that you liked pornographic materials on the Twitter. Now as a fan of the 76ers, you wish the guy spent more time preparing potential pick & roll coverages than viewing this sort of thing. pic.twitter.com/O6Kakje52n

According to several sources, Rivers’ account was hacked, and the likes were already removed. More sexual material appeared on the coach’s Twitter some hours later, and the company apparently said they were still working to reclaim complete control of his account.
Expectations are high for Doc Rivers and the Sixers as they begin the NBA season, especially now that James Harden and Joel Embiid are both healthy. Everyone has flaws, including Rivers. Everyone must contribute for the Sixers to be successful in the 2022–23 season, but Rivers will once again serve as the group’s leader as they get ready for another title run.
