“Done With Football”: Rob Gronkowski, Who Once Retired and Unretired Before, Insists on Not Coming Back to Football
Rob Gronkowski seems to be finished playing in the NFL, despite rumors that a return would occur as soon as he declared his retirement. Rob Gronkowski’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, claimed shortly after Gronkowski announced his retirement from the NFL that he would play again, most likely because Tom Brady will contact him during the current campaign to convince him the two of them could win another Super Bowl.
Gronk asserts that won’t happen. Gronkowski declared today that he won’t play again, even if Brady wants him to. Gronkowski, who has previously retired and then re-retired, believed that the time is now for him to part ways permanently.
Gronkowski announced his retirement on June 21 to put an end to the mystery surrounding his future after months of rumors. Why Gronkowski would be prepared to go at such a young age is simple to comprehend.

Right now, it’s difficult to believe any retirement announcements from Brady or Gronkowski. Brady retired for just 40 days before announcing in March that he will return to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the 2022 season. When Gronkowski initially announced his retirement from the New England Patriots after the 2018 season, he at least completed a full year.
When the Patriots transferred his rights to the Buccaneers in April 2020, he was reunited with Brady in Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers won the Super Bowl in Gronkowski’s first season with the team, therefore; the decision was profitable for all sides. In his two seasons with the team, the 33-year-old was excellent. He made 28 regular-season starts and finished with 1,425 yards and 13 touchdowns on 100 grabs.
