Brady Cooper, 23, of Glenburn, Maine, has been identified and prosecuted, according to a statement released by the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office (Maine), after White uploaded a video of the suspected break-in on his social media early on Monday and requested assistance from the public in identifying the suspect.

According to MMA Junkie, a man by the name of Brady Cooper, “has been identified and charged after White posted a video of the alleged break-in on his social media early Monday and asked the public for help identifying the individual.”

Dana White posted the video from his doorbell camera on his Instagram account soon after the event.

A guy can be seen approaching the door and kicking it three times in the footage, which was recorded by a doorbell camera. The man fumbled on his third try before noticing and grabbing the camera. Police estimate that the incident started at 1:45 a.m. local time.

He ultimately took to escaping into the night.

“The deputies were able to meet with a property manager and secure video footage of the suspect along with other evidence,” police said. “The property was occupied at the time of the incident, but they did not have contact with the suspect involved. When the video was shared through social media platforms, several tips were submitted to the Sheriff’s Office.

“After processing evidence and information developed, deputies interviewed, Brady Cooper (23) of Glenburn. Cooper has been charged with two criminal offenses and the case was submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for further review.”

Since Cooper’s name is not shown in an online inmate record, it is unknown if he has been arrested or is in jail. The inquiry is still underway.

Concerning the attempted break-in, Dana White was questioned. The UFC President has stated that he was not there at the house when the event occurred in a conversation with media representatives. He did, however, have several family members present.

“Do you f****** think you’re going to break into my house and there’s no cameras at my house, you f****** idiots? It’s crazy. I’m assuming the guy was breaking in to try to rob the house. My sister and her husband and some of his friends are up there visiting right now. The guy came up and tried to kick the door in a couple times and then noticed the camera was there, tried  to rip it off and rang the doorbell, freaked out and ran away.”
