The Colorado Rockies are a Major League Baseball (MLB) team based in Denver, Colorado. The team was established in 1991 as an expansion team, along with the Florida Marlins, and began to play in the National League in 1993. Since then, the Rockies have become a beloved part of the Colorado sports scene and a respected contender in the MLB.

Last season, was one of the worst seasons in recent memory for the Rockies. They finished dead last in their league with a record of 68-94. A lot will have to change for the Rockies to reach the playoffs let alone win the World Series.
