“Giannis Antetokounmpo Should Be…”: TV Analyst Slams NBA 2K23 For Michael Jordan’s 99 Ratings in the Game
NBA 2K23’s highly anticipated debut was celebrated this week by basketball players and fans. The makers of NBA 2K decided to offer a special Michael Jordan edition because this year is known as the “Jordan Year”.
NBA 2K has grown to be one of the most popular sports games ever. The game has been released yearly for decades with a stronghold on the basketball simulation genre, and it’s not likely to slow down anytime soon. Even while the game is getting a lot of positive attention this year for several brand-new features and gameplay elements, there was also some negative feedback.
Players can advance through a number of “Jordan Moments” in the game. Jordan has therefore received the top score once more.
Nick Wright slams NBA 2K23 for the ratings of Michael Jordan
“Giannis should be, but why are they all bunched up like that? And the answer is because they have to protect the sacred cow that is Michael Jeffrey Jordan,” Wright said.
“He’s on the cover, so he’s a 99. And we can’t even have anyone at 98 because nobody’s even close. So, now the top is 97, and then it’s all bunched.”
Whether you want to believe it or not, Nick Wright’s latest charges regarding Michael Jordan’s NBA 2K23 99 ratings make a lot of logic. Those of you who have been lucky enough to watch the former Chicago Bulls star’s career are aware of how competitive he can be. EA Sports would have to agree to a number of conditions if they wanted him to be on the cover of the upcoming game in 2023.

Wright isn’t just asking the appropriate question; a lot of others are asking the same one. It’s reasonable to assume that Michael Jordan did have some strong feelings about how the other players were rated, so getting him to agree on this was probably not cheap at all.
