“It’s Kevin F***ing Durant”: New Report Reveals the Nets Might Discuss Jaylen Brown in Kevin Durant Deal Despite His Will to Play For the Celtics for Long-Term

A protracted survivalist drama has developed out of the Kevin Durant trade story, which previously held the NBA news cycle prisoner with unrelenting whispers. This week, many sources said the Celtics offered Jaylen Brown in a trade for Durant, providing some information for those of us who are still curious about where the potential greatest scorer in sports history may wind up.

Brown was a major factor in why Boston, who relied heavily on him to reach the Finals last season, made it.

There is a case to be made that a deal between the Nets and Celtics may wind up being disastrous for both parties, despite the fact that Durant is undoubtedly one of the most brilliant athletes to ever play in the NBA.

Nets might want Jaylen Brown in Kevin Durant

Jaylen Brown was displeased to discover that trade speculations surrounding Kevin Durant included his name.

Despite prior reports to the contrary, according to a league executive cited by Steve Bulpett of Heavy.com, things remain positive between Brown and the Celtics.

“But, like I said, it’s Kevin f****** Durant, and you know Brooklyn is going to want to talk about Jaylen,” Steve Bulpett reported.

“Even if stuff about trade talks wasn’t getting leaked and reported, anyone with a brain would know that Jaylen’s name is going to come up at some point if they’re talking to Boston.”

The Brooklyn and Boston trade negotiations were all widely reported to have broken down a few weeks prior to the public release of the report. Since then, nothing has changed between the Nets and Celtics. If Durant were on the team, Boston would likely be the favourite even if Smart and Brown moved to Brooklyn.
