Former ESPN Journo Irritated About Tom Brady and His $375 Million Contract With Fox News
The three-time MVP Award winner and future Hall of Fame quarterback, who has won seven Super Bowls and three MVP Awards, is opening up about his decision to get back into the game after a temporary hiatus that he announced earlier this year. Since he has achieved about everything a player could hope for, Tom Brady is regarded as the best quarterback to ever play the position. Brady will eventually hang up his cleats, but he already seems to have a plan since he agreed to a 10 year, $375 million contract to work for Fox Sports.
When it comes to Tom Brady’s deal with Fox, Michelle Beadle takes a different tack. Michelle Beadle, a former anchor of ESPN’s Get Up! and SportsNation doesn’t think Brady is deserving of the $375 million deal he signed to work as a broadcast commentator for FOX after his retirement.

Michelle Beadle’s reaction to Tom Brady signing a 10-year contract with Fox
“The $375 million media deal that Tom Brady, that is asinine,” Beadle said on her What Did I Miss? podcast.
“I mean, I don’t even know what that dude’s ever said that has made me go ‘huh, I can’t wait to hear more of that.’ But $375 million?”
Beadle obviously disapproves of the big contract that Brady is agreeing to. Take whatever Beadle says with a grain of salt because she was purchased out of her $5 million contract back in 2019 and has yet to resurface in the mainstream sports media. It’s difficult to see a rookie sign a contract worth more than any veteran has ever earned.
However, that is the entertainment industry. The GOAT goes in and, on Day 1, gets to sleep on a massive pallet of $100 bills before we even know whether he can connect sentences together for a 3-hour show. Michelle has been toiling in this difficult industry for decades.
