Sixers Rookie Tyrese Maxey Played Better Than Their Star Ben Simmons

Philadelphia 76ers Tyrese Maxey forced his team to game 7.

Another day and another awesome NBA playoffs game story and one more game 7. I can’t express how excited I am for every game 7. However, it is not about me but the Sixers rookie Tyrese Maxey. I know that it was a joint effort from the Sixers including Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris and Seth Curry but the one man who caught my eyes was Maxey. In the absence of Ben Simmons, the Sixers needed someone who can take the lead of defence as well as offence.

When only 18.8 seconds were left Tyrese Maxey showed up as a god’s messenger for the Sixers. He not only made two free throws but also helped the Sixers 100-95 lead and ultimately won the game. When Ben Simmons was enjoying his time on the bench after two consecutive fouls, Maxey stood up for his team and played an astonishing yet important game for them. He secured 16 points in 29 minutes with 7 rebounds.

If you are prepared then nothing will surprise you – Tyrese Maxey.

Well, the saying is hundred per cent true here. Doc Rivers already made Tyrese Maxey’s mind for this game. He asked him in the morning that if anyone will be off the bench then it is going to be Maxey. For just one time in this whole series, I would like to appreciate Doc Rivers. He took the right decision against the Atlanta Hawks.

The dedication is real, the urge is real and the emotions are real. The NBA 2021 playoffs are getting more exciting after Tyrese Maxey show and energetic with each passing game. After the Milwaukee Bucks, the Sixers also made it to game 7 which is quite unbelievable for me. However, this is exactly what the NBA games and NBA title league is all about.
