49ers Add Samuel Sloman To Practice Squad
The San Francisco 49ers have added kicker Samuel Sloman to their practice squad. This doesn't come as a shock with Robbie Gould (knee) uncertain for Week 6. The 49ers want to add insurance in case Gould is unable to go. Sloman hasn't played this season but knocked down 11 of 13 field-goal attempts for the Rams and Titans last season. The 25-year-old could have some streaming appeal for fantasy managers in need of a kicker this week if Gould cannot go. However, they should double check later in the week to make sure Gould is out before committing to Sloman.
