Ed Oliver Ruled Out For Bills Defense
Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver (ankle), defensive tackle Jordan Phillips (hamstring) and cornerback Dane Jackson (neck) have all been ruled out for Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins. Safety Micah Hyde (neck) was also ruled out, and safety Jordan Poyer (foot) is questionable. Oliver will miss his second straight game. Buffalo's defense has looked like one of the top units in football through the first two weeks against strong opponents in the Rams and Titans, but they're going into this Sunday's matchup against the Dolphins pretty beat up. The Bills defense/special teams is still a must-start at this point, but they could have some trouble against a Dolphins offense that put up 40-plus points in a miraculous comeback win over the Ravens.
