Keelan Cole Added To Raiders' Active Roster
The Las Vegas Raiders have added wide receiver Keelan Cole to their 53-man roster after placing receiver DJ Turner (ankle) on injured reserve. Cole signed with the Raiders in May but was released before the regular season. He re-signed with the team's practice squad last week and will now join wideouts Davante Adams, Hunter Renfrow, Mack Hollins, and Tyron Johnson on the active roster. With Adams, Renfrow, and tight end Darren Waller operating as the top targets for Derek Carr, Cole is not expected to make a fantasy impact this season unless another injury were to occur.

Keelan Cole Signed To Practice Squad
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Keelan Cole was surprisingly released by the team last week. However, he did not stay a free agent for long because the team signed him to their practice squad on Tuesday. The move provides the team with additional depth at the position in case an injury occurs. The 29-year-old finished with 28 receptions for 449 receiving yards and one touchdown in 15 games with the New York Jets in 2021. It's unclear whether Cole will be elevated to the active roster before Week 1, but even if he were, he would not be a factor for fantasy football.

Keelan Cole Cut By Raiders
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Keelan Cole has been released by the organization. This is a bit of a shocking move to see Cole getting released. The Raiders decided to keep Mack Hollins, Tyron Johnson, and DJ Turner over Cole. Last season, Cole hauled in 28 receptions for 449 receiving yards, and one touchdown in 15 games with the New York Jets. Those are fairly decent stats coming from the awful Jets offense. At this point, Hollins appears to be the favorite to hold the No. 3 wideout job in Las Vegas. Fantasy managers can use a wait-and-see approach with Hollins. The assumption is that Cole should land a depth spot elsewhere, but probably won't have fantasy value right away.
