    Deshaun Watson Eligible To Practice Monday

    Under the terms of his 11-game suspension by the league for violating the NFL's personal-conduct policy, Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is eligible to begin practicing with the team, effective on Monday. Watson can make his 2022 season debut in Week 13 at the Houston Texans, his former team. The 27-year-old has been working out at the team's facilities over the last month while taking part in meetings, but now he'll be able to get back out on the practice field. Watson will immediately take over starting duties from Jacoby Brissett in Week 13 and should make this Browns offense much more dynamic, but he will also be shaking off a lot of rust. Remember, Watson hasn't played a competitive regular season game since 2020. He's currently rostered in 37 percent of Yahoo leagues.

    Deshaun Watson Will Start When He's Eligible

    Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry said that suspended quarterback Deshaun Watson will start the first game that he's eligible on Dec. 4 at the Houston Texans, even though Jacoby Brissett has been "everything we hoped when we signed him." Watson will be available to fantasy managers starting in Week 13, so if you're in need of a QB upgrade and he remains on your league's waiver wire, you should probably pick him up now and stash him. However, the 27-year-old looked awful in preseason action and hasn't played a meaningful NFL game in two years, so fantasy managers may want to temper their expectations once he returns. Watson was able to return to the team's facilities on Oct. 10, but he won't be able to start practicing with the team again until Week 11.

    Deshaun Watson Facing Another Sexual-Assault Claim

    Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is already halfway through his 11-game suspension from 25 sexual-assault lawsuits. Now, Watson has one more claim to add, which increases the total to 26. The claim goes along the lines of all the other accusations against Watson. The new accuser is not represented by the same lawyer as the other 25 of Watson's accusers. It's uncertain if the league plans on doing with another claim added against Watson here. At this point, it's unlikely going to change his suspension, but this is certainly a depressing situation.

    Deshaun Watson Placed On Suspended List

    The Cleveland Browns officially placed quarterback Deshaun Watson on the Reserve/Suspended list on Tuesday, and his 11-game suspension for violating the league's personal-conduct policy is now underway. Watson didn't play in either of the team's final two preseason games after his 11-game suspension was announced by the league. The 26-year-old will be eligible for reinstatement on Nov. 28 and will be eligible to play in Week 13 against his former team, the Houston Texans. Because of the lengthy suspension, he'll go undrafted in most 12-team leagues. Jacoby Brissett will serve as a game manager in a run-first offense in the meantime. He won't be anything more than a low-end No. 2 in superflex leagues.
