Kenyan Drake Inactive Against Cincinnati
Baltimore Ravens running back Kenyan Drake is inactive ahead of Sunday's wild-card showdown against the Bengals. J.K. Dobbins didn't suit up in Week 18 for the first of consecutive meetings with Cincinnati, allowing Drake to finish with 60 yards and a touchdown off 16 carries. However, with Dobbins, Gus Edwards, and Justice Hill good to go, Drake will be held out, although this isn't surprising to fantasy managers.

Kenyan Drake Inactive Again In Week 16
Baltimore Ravens running back Kenyan Drake is inactive for Saturday's meeting with the Atlanta Falcons. With Gus Edwards and J.K. Dobbins healthy, Drake will be held out of the lineup once again, just like he was in Week 15 against the Browns. At this rate, the 28-year-old can be safely dropped from fantasy rosters, especially since he likely won't see much work for the remainder of the 2022-23 campaign.

Kenyan Drake Inactive In Week 15
Baltimore Ravens running back Kenyan Drake is inactive for Sunday's AFC North meeting with the Browns. With J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards combining for 28 touches in the Week 14 narrow win over Pittsburgh, Drake totaled one carry and two catches for one yard, so the latest update isn't surprising. By now, fantasy managers should have parted ways with Drake. However, for those that still have the veteran on the roster, get rid of him without thinking twice about it.

Kenyan Drake, Ronnie Stanley Inactive Against Bills
Baltimore Ravens running back Kenyan Drake and left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle) are both inactive for Week 4 against the Buffalo Bills. With J.K. Dobbins playing in his second straight game, Drake will be a healthy scratch for the second straight week. Stanley is still recovering from season-ending ankle surgery he had last year and will have to wait to make his season debut until next week, at the earliest. The 28-year-old practiced in full on Wednesday and Thursday but was a DNP on Friday, so he's trending in the right direction. In addition to Drake and Stanley, outside linebacker Justin Houston (groin) is inactive after coming into this one with a doubtful tag.

Kenyan Drake Joining The Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens are officially signing free-agent running back Kenyan Drake on Tuesday. Running back Gus Edwards (knee) has already been ruled out for the first four games of the season, and it's unknown if J.K. Dobbins (knee) will be ready for Week 1 against the New York Jets, so the Ravens opted for more backfield depth alongside Mike Davis, Justice Hill and rookie Tyler Badie. Drake was recently released by the Las Vegas Raiders, but he can certainly provide some pass-catching chops alongside Davis until Dobbins and Edwards return. He caught 30 of 40 targets for 291 yards and a touchdown in 12 games in 2021. Fantasy managers thin on RB depth should look to add Drake off the waiver wire, especially if you roster Dobbins.

Raiders To Release Kenyan Drake
The Raiders plan to release running back Kenyan Drake, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The 28-year-old played 12 games for Vegas last season, finishing with 63 carries for 254 yards and two touchdowns. He also had 30 catches (40 targets) for 291 yards and an additional trip to the end zone. Once things are finalized, Drake has a strong chance to find employment elsewhere relatively soon, especially since he's a proven pass-catcher out of the backfield. Although that won't make the 28-year-old an everyday fantasy option, he could earn streaming consideration sometime in 2022-23. Nevertheless, Josh Jacobs should benefit with Drake no longer in the picture. However, it could also mean more work for rookie Zamir White, who may take over as the starter if Jacobs goes down with an injury or fails to produce during the year.
