Vikings sign QB Josh Rosen to practice squad
Josh Rosen signed with the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad on Tuesday, filling a void created when fellow quarterback David Blough was signed to the Arizona Cardinals' 53-man roster. A former first-round draft pick, Rosen has played in 24 games (16 starts) while bouncing from the Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons and Cleveland Browns. He has a 3-13 record as a starter with 2,864 yards passing, 12 touchdowns and 21 interceptions. Blough was signed by the Cardinals with Kyler Murray injured and Colt McCoy less than 100 percent healthy. The Cardinals drafted Rosen 10th overall in 2018, but he spent only one season in Arizona when the franchise used the No. 1 pick in the 2019 draft to select Murray. --Field Level Media
