‘You Think You Are Smart Because You Are a Steroid Machine?’- Ali Abdelaziz Rips T.J Dillashaw; Calls for His Wins Over Cody Garbrandt to be Overturned
The ever-outspoken manager of Dominance MMA, Ali Abdelaziz, popped up on Twitter and talked about recent comments made about one of his fighters, Cody Garbrandt. Garbrandt’s former teammate over at Team Alpha Male in T.J Dillashaw labeled his former friend as someone who wasn’t very intelligent with the decisions he made in the cage.
According to Dillashaw, Garbrandt’s poor decision-making is what had put him on a major career downturn that has even led to some fans speculating an impending retirement. Given Cody Garbrandt’s recent skid, it’s hard to argue that there isn’t a particular facet of his approach that isn’t falling into line.
Said Dillashaw about his former friend, “He’s a pretty freak athlete. He’s fast. He’s the fastest guy I’ve ever sparred or fought, by far the most speed, but I’m not trying to be a complete a**hole, but he’s not the smartest human being inside that cage.”

Reverting to his checkered past, as many do, Ali Abdelaziz labeled T.J Dillashaw as a ‘steroid machine’ in an attempt to invalidate his view on Garbrandt. According to Abdelaziz, Dillashaw’s wins over Cody ‘No Love’ should be overturned considering T.J Dillashaw was popped for the banned substance EPO not long after the fights and subsequently faced a two-year suspension.

It’s unclear how Dillashaw will choose to respond to these resounding statement by Abdelaziz. Dillashaw has never shied away from his USADA suspension and often tends to get candid about his past troubles.
