“Yeah You Suck”: 22-Year-Old Sixers Star Hilariously Trolls Joel Embiid After Historic 59-Point Performance

Joel Embiid, a big center for the Philadelphia 76ers, has advanced far in the NBA. Just a few years ago, Embiid received the all-clear to participate in back-to-back games for the first time. In the present, the Sixers’ star center has just put on two of the most impressive back-to-back performances you will ever watch. The big guy nearly ended the game with a quadruple-double while scoring a game-high 59 points for his career.

One of the most remarkable performances in NBA history was turned in by the Sixers’ big man, who finished with 59 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists, and 7 blocks. Tyrese Maxey raced to teammate Joel Embiid during his postgame interview as a result of his outstanding performance. Before they started making fun of one another, Embiid and Maxey had a sweet moment.

Tyrese Maxey trolls teammate Joel Embiid

The Sixers won their second straight game thanks to Embiid’s effort, which featured some of the wackiest statistical feats in NBA history.

“I missed too many free throws,” Joel Embiid said.

Tyrese Maxey responded: “Yeah, you suck!”

Maxey, the Sixers’ second-leading scorer with 18 points, highlighted all the ways this season that Embiid’s performance has been hindered by illness and injuries. He had the finest seat in the house to see his buddy go off and acknowledged how incredible it was for him to accomplish it on the second night of a back-to-back after having to do some heavy lifting with Embiid out and with him playing but struggling.

The rematch at home against the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday will give the Sixers four days to prepare. Embiid may have had his worst game of the year against them, but he will now go up against them rested after turning in his best performance ever.
