PW Insider reports that Morgan’s arraignment on the aforementioned counts is planned for Monday, February 12, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. at the Sumter County Courthouse in Florida. In response to the allegations, she will enter a plea during the arraignment.
In the state of Florida, it is illegal to possess synthetic cannabinoids and is punishable by a $1,000 fine, up to a year in jail, and a maximum of one year on probation.

Similarly, the state considers possession of marijuana (up to 20 grams) to be a first-degree misdemeanor, punishable by up to a year in jail or probation, a $1,000 fine, a six-month suspension of one’s driving privileges, and random drug testing.

Liv Morgan is an American actress and professional wrestler. She has a contract with WWE, where she competes as Liv Morgan on the Raw line. She had held the titles of SmackDown Women’s Champion once and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion twice, both times with Raquel Rodriguez.
Daddio joined the WWE in 2014 and was given a job at the WWE Performance Center. He would subsequently make an appearance in the developmental network NXT as Liv Morgan.
