The New York Giants’ goal is to give quarterback Daniel Jones additional receiving options after they signed him to a four-year, $160 million deal this summer.

Beasley, 34, will work with Giants head coach Brian Daboll again after working with him as the offensive coordinator for the Buffalo Bills for three seasons. Beasley played in 46 games for Daboll’s offence from 2019 to 21 and caught 231 receptions for 2,438 yards and 11 touchdowns.

After spending his first seven seasons with the Dallas Cowboys from 2012 to 2018, Beasley, who divided last season between the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, is also returning to the NFC East.

In four games during the 2022 season, he caught six passes.

In 153 career games, Beasley has 556 receptions for 5,744 yards and 34 touchdowns.

The SMU alum will also have the chance to compete against the Dallas Cowboys, his first NFL team, twice in the 2018 campaign, including a Week 1 matchup on NBC’s “Sunday Night Football.”

After playing in 11 seasons, Beasley’s agent Justin Turner stated at the time that he was “ready to be with his family and it’s time to be a full-time dad and husband.”

However, he only stayed retired for two months since on December 13 he joined with the Bills to add depth at wide receiver.

After the two Buccaneers games in the midst of last season, he announced his retirement, but he couldn’t resist the attraction of rejoining with Josh Allen and the Bills in the hope of winning the Super Bowl. Beasley, who is undrafted and classified at five-foot-eight and 174 pounds, has established a successful career.

On March 17, the Bills released Beasley.

Beasley, in contrast to the majority of athletes, opted not to receive any of the early injections or the several boosters that have now been shown to be worthless at protecting anybody against COVID-19.

“It’s all politics, It’s crazy,” Beasley told OutKick’s Armando Salguero. “It’s almost like they forgot who I was before that. I don’t know, there was just a big change after that. It was kind of tough for me after that.”
