This also applies to Kevin Durant, who received an excellent one in the shape of “Slim Reaper.” Of course, this is a play on the words “Grim Reaper,” but the “Slim” in the moniker refers to KD’s trim build.
There’s a reason why Kevin Durant is known as the “Slim Reaper.” Yes, he is a fantastic basketball player who can humiliate just about any defense in the league. But the first element of that term is what we’re talking about here. The thin of it Kevin Durant is referred to as the “Slim Reaper” for a reason.
NBA legend Charles Barkley was speechless when KD removed his jersey following the game. And this is what he had to say about it, actually.
