‘Would be a Great Fit for Our Organization’- BKFC President Looking to Get Into the ‘Nate Diaz Business’ Following His UFC 279 Fight Against Khamzat Chimaev
Nate Diaz remains the talk of the town in the UFC, despite not winning a fight in the UFC since August 2019. Stockton’s second son is set to fight out his contract at UFC 279 against Khamzat Chimaev after making several requests to the UFC to book him a fight.
Diaz has been looking to delve into the world of celebrity kickboxing to truly optimize his incredible star power. Win or lose, Nate Diaz is always in the headlines and fans can’t seem to get enough of the UFC veteran.
A megastar like Nate Diaz is sure to have many suitors if he explores free agency, and BKFC President David Feldman has already put his hat in the ring to get Nate Diaz on board. Feldman believes a star like Nate Diaz would be a ‘great fit’ for the company and it’s hard to argue against that belief.

BKFC has been successful in wrangling former UFC fighters like Chad Mendez, Mike Perry and Paige VanZant and Nate Diaz would be a massive acquisition for the organization.
“I think it would be a great fit for our organization,” Feldman said. “Let’s see what happens with this fight that they just announced in the UFC with him.”
Throughout his entire career, Nate Diaz has only fought the best.
He’s only wanted to fight the people that are considered the scariest of this sport.

While Feldman is certainly interested in bringing Diaz on board, he is also keen to see the fall-out of his upcoming fight. Before offering Nate Diaz a BKFC fight contract, he is looking to see if Diaz’s heart is still in the game.
“The one thing I always want to worry about is that these fighters should still be fighting and not saying he definitely should be fighting,” Feldman said. “But after a tough fight like that, does he want to continue fighting? Is his heart in it? Is his body still in it, and is he ready to do it? [h/t mmajunkie.com]
“If those answers are yes, 100 percent we would be in the Nate Diaz business – a hundred percent.”
