Why Divorcing Tom Brady Was ‘Very Tough’ For Gisele Bundchen And For The Family?

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has talked openly about her split from Tom Brady as well as her health difficulties.

The 43-year-old Brazilian beauty spoke with People on Monday in an exclusive interview.

After 12 years of marriage, Bundchen and Brady separated in October of last year.

While dealing with her two ailing parents in privacy, she thought back on her divorce from the NFL icon.

“It’s been very tough on my family. It’s been a lot — in every area of my life,” Gisele told People.

“With all the different twists and turns that life takes, all we can do is the best we can given what happens in our surroundings.”

Bundchen did not give her parents’ health statuses.

The 43-year-old then mentioned how she used regular activities like “walks and yoga” and meditation to help her deal with her problems.

“I think if I didn’t have all the different tools that I have to support me during these times, it would’ve been very hard,” Gisele added.

“And I think we all can relate to that because I think we all have gone through our roller coasters of life.”
