The Tampa Bay Buccaneers selected Dean with the 94th overall pick in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. In Week 9’s 40-34 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Dean made his regular-season debut. He finished with six tackles and four pass deflections but allowed three touchdowns. Dean took part in all four of the Buccaneers’ playoff games, during which they won Super Bowl LV.
