American football head coach Kevin Stefanski started his NFL career as an assistant coach for the Minnesota Vikings from 2006 to 2019, where he served as the offensive coordinator for his final two seasons. He is currently the head coach of the Cleveland Browns. In 2020, Stefanski left Minnesota to take the helm of the Browns, where he guided the franchise to its first postseason appearance since 2002. After the season, he was voted NFL Coach of the Year, becoming the first coach from the Browns to do so since 1975 and the first since the organization returned in 1999 as an expansion team.

Stefanski earned degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in 2000, respectively. Stefanski was the 2000 Quakers Freshman of the Year while playing defensive back for Penn. He was twice selected as an All-Ivy League player and played on the only unbeaten Penn squad in the ten years.

Stefanski lost his first game as head coach on September 13, 2020, to the Baltimore Ravens, 6-38. Stefanski won his first game as a head coach on September 17, 2020, defeating the Cincinnati Bengals 35-30.
